Hi there Reader!
We are just a few days away from Valentine's day. You'll have to email me and let me know if you are a fan of V-Day or if it's nothing special for you.
Personally for me - I'm a fan! I love any reason to celebrate!
Not that I need an excuse to show my loved ones a little love, but life gets busy, so I like that there's a little reminder in the calendar to appreciate the important people in my life.
There's a take out special from our favorite wood-fired pizza joint. It comes with everything. Appetizer, signature pizza, delicious sides, dessert, and even a little booze.
So tomorrow night we are going to snuggle into our new recliners with our yummy spread of food, I'm going to request a fire in the fireplace, and we'll enjoy a movie together.
No phones, no distractions. Just intentional time to hang out and enjoy each other's company.
Whether we are celebrating, going on vacation, or trying something new, we expect to get something out of it.
Just like I'm fully expecting to completely relax tomorrow night. I'm not going to be thinking about the million and one things that need to get done. I'm going to totally decompress without a single worry in the world, and it's going to be wonderful!
When it comes to making a buying decision, we buy the experience that is being described.
Taking my movie night example:
relaxed, no stress, no worries.
So what kind of experience do you want your clients to have when they work with you?
For my business, I want my clients to feel quality.
I want my clients to feel comfortable and like they are in capable hands from the moment we onboard to the moment we finish the project.
I want my clients to feel heard, relieved, excited, and confident.
I want them to understand that I am going to give them exactly what they want and it be even better than what they expected.
Potential clients won't understand the experience I provide if all they see on my website is:

Client experience and the quality of the end result, especially with Done For You services, is where the value is.
But clients don't care about the details, all they care about is knowing that they can trust you and that you are going to do an excellent job, so that's what your website copy needs to tell them.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend and a happy Valentine's Day!
Talk to you soon!

So guilty, but I bet I'm not alone Isn't it so crazy how we all can get really get sucked into the weeds of our own business?! Like so much so, that you actually end up self-sabotaging your productivity. Has this ever happened to you? Because it sure happens to me. Actually, it happens to me A LOT. 🥴 Something will come up in my business and out of nowhere - my brain wants to waaayyy overthink it. So I get anxious and stressed out trying to figure out this onnnne thing in my business and...
This is the MOST important lesson I've learned. Guess what Reader! My business officially has a shiny new visual brand AND a home on the internet! My website is live! If I can be vulnerable with you and share a little real talk, February was a short and challenging month for me. My bank account in January told me that I had a successful month. My bank account in February is singing a slightly different tune. The funny thing is, I still got new business in February. But because the tangible...
"New people are looking at your profile." Hi Reader! Every once in awhile I get an email from LinkedIn with a subject line that says something along the lines of "People are taking interest in your profile" or "Check out who is looking at your profile." Do you get those emails too? At this point in time, I'm not super active on LinkedIn for my business so I always chuckle a little when I see this email come through. Here's two important things you can take away from these LinkedIn emails....
